At this time the normal Mini-Edit introduction pages for new users are off-line. 
This part of the web was recently damaged and has not yet been restored. 

If you require the most current Mini-Edit installer script (now at release 444), please use this link:

This will allow you to install or upgrade you Mini-Edit installation and will also install several current SDO databases as examples of current ITS work. 

The on-line help has also been restored.  (Installing the program also provide a local copy of these files in a CHM file format).
